Jinping Jin：      Mr.  Jiping Jin is the GE of the Mutipower Technic  Co., Ltd, and was born in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province.

Mr. Jin studied in Xi’an at the Transformer Electric Cooker Manufacturer’s school in 1978. In 1981 he majored in software at the Xi’an Basic University. After his graduation, he was assigned to Xi’an High-voltage electric Institute. In 1989, he passed the EPT with a score of 112 the sixth highest score for the year in Xi’an. This gave him the opportunity to work at the Xi’an introduction foreign talents office as translator for one year. On September of 1997, he majored in Automatization of electric power at Xi’an Jiaotong University and Computer Network in Northwest Industry University, simultaneously completing a Masters Degree. 
During his tenure with the Xi’an High-voltage Electric Institute, Mr.Jin engaged in and was in control of many important scientific research projects. These are outlined below:
1.  The calculation on contacts’ gap electric field of SF6 composite apparatus;
2. Temperature calculations and Calculated part’s coordination in the optimization designing on Breaker which is the key project to be tackled in National Seventh Five-year Plan won the third award of National scientific advancement;
 
3. The Research and Production on GTM-2 temperature tester, which was awarded second place at the Awards of Xi’an City Technology; 
4.  The Research and Production of VC series of Vacuum Testers, and VC-V tester is one of the series that won the second place at the Awards of Jiangsu Province Technology;
  5. The Research and Production of intelligent switchgear cabinet, which was the key project to be tackled in National Ninth Five-Year Plan;

6. Construction of Chinese High-Voltage Electric Industrial Station;

Since 1981, Mr.Jin has engaged in analysis and calculation on contacts’ gap electric field of SF6 composite apparatus, on the basis of which he composed the article- Optimized matrix partitioning solution to electric field that was one of the solicited articles in the National Academic Electrician Annual meeting and published on High-voltage wiring in 1991. Since 1994 he turned to research and produced VC series Vacuum Degree tester, and the first generation product was produced in that year. Now the VDT we use is the sixth generation, and VC-V is the cooperation achievement with Nanjing Power-supply Administration. Mr. Jin proud of this achievement, composed the article-Discussion and Practice on Measuring Method of Vacuum Degree in Vacuum explosion chamber which was appointed an exchange article in the fourth international conference on power’s transportation and transformation. 
In 2001 Mr Jin started the Xi’an Mutipower Electric Co., Ltd whose scientific fruits indicated the unique conception to the Marketing change such as product development trends and product marketing. Thanks to this profound technology, he displayed his ability in speech during the many product exhibitions. His concept of putting the sale into the technical exchange brought both benefits and success into marketing activity. He was awarded the expert of switchgear testing and for having a good reputation among his clients and competitors.
 

Renwen Zhao： Mr. Renwen Zhao : Assistant Chief Engineer has a Bachelor Degree. He is the Senior Engineer and an advanced member of the Chinese Vacuum Association. 

    

Mr.Zhao graduated from Chongqin Liberation Army Radio Communication Technology University, majoring in shortwave communication in 1981. He is one of the earlier staff who studied vacuum degree measurement in vacuum explosion chamber. 1988, he specialized in studying vacuum degree measurement in the vacuum explosion chamber and researching and designing and producing the KZJ VDT, which won the second award of technical achievements by Chinese electronic apparatus industry Group.

Since 2001, he has worked for Xi’an Multipower Electric Co., Ltd, taking part in the curve upgrade and technical promotion of the VC series vacuum degree tester. With 20 years practical experience, unique opinion and profound knowledge on the vacuum measurement from theory to practice, he is considered an expert on the vacuum measurement of vacuum explosion chamber.
